For our Patients and Community, MEHOP is a designated site location by The Texas Department of Health and Human Services for an out stationed Medicaid Enrollment Specialist. If you are interested in Medicaid enrollment and qualifications including Medicaid, CHIPS and SNAP please contact MEHOP to schedule an appointment with our Enrollment Specialist.

MEHOP patients are able to receive comprehensive primary medical care, dental and behavioral health services. We provide a health home for our patients and provide care that is centered around the whole person.
MEHOP also offers services that go beyond the traditional clinic practice; prescription savings program, discount eye glasses, and Health Management Classes.
MEHOP accepts Medicare, Medicaid, CHIPS and Private Insurance. If you are uninsured, MEHOP offers a sliding fee scale to help with costs involved in receiving healthcare. Our sliding fee scale is based on household income, and if eligible provides discounts on fees for service. For example, if a family of four earns $44, 700 or less in annual household income they would qualify for one of our sliding fee scales. To see if you are eligible for our sliding fee scale, please contact us to schedule an appointment with our Eligibility Department. Even if you have insurance coverage, you may still be eligible for our sliding fee scale which would qualify you to participate in the additional services MEHOP has to offer.
